At Sarada Sports, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, preference issues after purchase, or minor color variations caused by screen/display differences ,once goods are sold. We strongly advise all customers to carefully review product details before ordering and contact us first if there is any confusion regarding sizing, fit, product specifications, or availability, as our team will be happy to assist you in selecting the right product. Customized or personalized items, printed name/number jerseys, made-to-order products, and discounted, sale, or clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be considered in cases where the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with their order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue for verification. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. Please Note , we charge 170/- at every retrun or exchange initiated by the customer within 48 hours.
